We joined the production team prior to launch, initially focusing on developing new features and content for live operations post-launch. However, we had to be flexible to expand our scope of work to meet Paradox’s new demands, including bug fixing, optimization, and quality of life improvements, while simultaneously continuing to create new content and enhance the tutorial to improve the first-time user experience.
We took complete control of production and established a dedicated team that aligned with strategic launch goals, specifically around quality and optimisation. We successfully fostered a robust collaboration with everyone at Paradox, featuring regular production alignments and agile management practices. Our squads collaborated closely to ensure a consistent vision throughout the product’s development.
Kokku have contributed with Paradox Interactive in 2D and 3D art, animation, UX/UI performance & optimization, LiveOps and post launch support. We also worked on content patches, new assets DLCs, new game features and bug fixing.
